1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player," "User," or "you") and 20jili (the "Company," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of all 20jili services including our website, mobile applications, games, betting markets, customer support, promotional offers, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). By registering for an account on 20jili, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and all other rules, policies, and guidelines published on our platform, all of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our Services and refrain from creating an account or placing any wagers.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated through email notification to your registered email address, through prominent notice on our website, or through in-platform messaging. Your continued use of 20jili Services following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when these terms were last revised.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Requirements

To create an account and use 20jili Services, you must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older as required by Philippine gambling regulations. You represent and warrant that you meet all age and legal requirements in your jurisdiction of residence to participate in online gambling activities. We strictly prohibit minors from accessing our Services. By registering, you confirm that all information provided during account creation is accurate, complete, and truthful. We reserve the right to request government-issued identification, proof of address, or other verification documents at any time to confirm your age, identity, and location. Failure to provide requested verification within the timeframe specified may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

2.2 Account Creation

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with 20jili. Creating multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts using false identities is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Players found operating multiple accounts will have all accounts immediately suspended, all funds confiscated, and all pending withdrawals cancelled without exception. During registration, you must provide accurate personal information including your legal full name as it appears on government identification, complete residential address in the Philippines, valid mobile phone number, working email address, date of birth, and citizenship. Any intentional provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all account balances.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials including username and password. You agree to use strong passwords, not to share your login credentials with any third party, to log out after each session, and to immediately notify our customer support team if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 20jili will not be liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorized transactions resulting from your failure to maintain account security. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed authorized by you and you will be held responsible for all transactions, wagers, and account actions regardless of whether they were actually performed by you or by an unauthorized third party who gained access through your negligence.

3. Deposits and Payments

3.1 Deposit Methods

20jili accepts deposits through various payment methods popular in the Philippines including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers via BPI, BDO, UnionBank and other major Philippine banks, over-the-counter payments at authorized retail locations including 7-Eleven, cryptocurrency deposits via USDT, and other e-wallet services including Coins.ph. All payment methods available at the time of deposit will be clearly displayed in your account's cashier section. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly stated before you initiate any transaction. We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue any payment method at any time without prior notice. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider or financial institution; 20jili does not charge deposit fees unless explicitly stated during the transaction process.

3.2 Deposit Verification

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to reject or reverse any deposit that we reasonably believe originates from a third party, was made in error, or appears suspicious or potentially fraudulent. Before approving withdrawals, we may require proof that the payment method used for deposits belongs to you, which may include bank statements, payment app screenshots showing account holder name, or other verification documents. Funds deposited into your 20jili account are held in Philippine Peso (PHP) equivalent and will be available for wagering immediately upon successful payment confirmation from your payment provider.

4. Withdrawals and Payouts

4.1 Withdrawal Processing

Players may request withdrawals of their available account balance that is not subject to bonus wagering requirements or other restrictions at any time through the withdrawal section of their account. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless that method does not support withdrawals, in which case you may select an alternative verified payment method. Standard withdrawal processing times for verified accounts are: GCash withdrawals within 5 minutes, PayMaya withdrawals within 5 minutes, bank transfers within 24 hours, and cryptocurrency withdrawals within 1 hour. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding PHP 50,000 may require additional verification and may take up to 72 hours to process. Minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200 for GCash and PayMaya, PHP 500 for bank transfers.

4.2 Withdrawal Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, 20jili reserves the right to verify your identity, age, address, payment method ownership, and the source of deposited funds. We may request one or more of the following documents: government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, or national ID), recent utility bill or bank statement showing your registered address not older than 3 months, selfie photograph holding your identification document, proof of payment method ownership such as bank statement or e-wallet screenshot showing your name, and any additional documents we reasonably deem necessary to satisfy legal obligations or prevent fraud. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in withdrawal request cancellation and potential account closure with funds forfeited.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal requests will be approved. This requirement prevents 20jili Services from being used to launder money or transfer funds without legitimate gaming activity. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine government authorities including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Players found attempting to use 20jili for money laundering, terrorism financing, or other illegal financial activities will have their accounts permanently closed and all funds frozen pending investigation and potential law enforcement referral.

5. Gameplay and Betting Rules

5.1 Game Fairness and RNG

All slot games, table games, and other casino games offered on 20jili utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that produces unpredictable, unbiased outcomes for every game round. Game outcomes are determined exclusively by random chance and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by players, 20jili staff, or any third party. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and is independently tested by accredited testing laboratories. RTP information for all games is available in the game information section. Historical game results, patterns, or trends do not influence future outcomes. Each game round is an independent event with statistically equal probability for all possible outcomes as defined by the game's mathematical model.

5.2 Betting Limits and Restrictions

Each game, table, and betting market on 20jili has minimum and maximum betting limits clearly displayed before you place any wager. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time without notice. Players who consistently win large amounts may have their maximum bet limits reduced or may be restricted from certain games at our sole discretion. This is standard industry practice to protect the platform's financial sustainability. 20jili reserves the right to void bets, cancel wagers, or refuse service to any player for any reason including but not limited to suspected collusion, bonus abuse, use of betting systems or software designed to exploit games, irregular betting patterns, or any activity we reasonably believe violates the spirit of fair play.

5.3 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting markets, all bets are settled based on official results as determined by the governing sports league or organization. Bets are considered final once the relevant sporting event concludes. If a match is postponed, suspended, or cancelled, bet settlement will follow the specific rules published in our Sports Betting Rules document available on our website. For live in-play betting, odds update in real-time based on game developments. We reserve the right to suspend betting markets, reject bets, or limit stake amounts at any time. In cases of obvious pricing errors (commonly called "palpable errors"), 20jili reserves the right to void affected bets regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed or the event has concluded.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

20jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits while bonus is active, expiration periods, and withdrawal restrictions. Complete bonus terms are published on our Promotions page and in the specific promotion's terms section. Wagering requirements specify how many times you must wager bonus funds and/or winnings from bonus funds before those funds become withdrawable. For example, a PHP 1,000 bonus with 30x wagering requirement means you must place PHP 30,000 in qualifying wagers before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements; contribution percentages are specified in bonus terms.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited and includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes, using betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (commonly called "low-risk betting"), claiming bonuses without genuine intention to play normally, or any other activity that violates the spirit and intent of promotional offers. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided, accounts suspended or permanently closed, and may be prohibited from receiving future promotional offers. 20jili reserves the right to withhold or confiscate bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds if we determine abuse has occurred.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on 20jili and constitute material breaches of this Agreement that may result in immediate account suspension, balance confiscation, and potential legal action:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to play games, place bets, or interact with our Services in ways not intended by standard user interface;
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage including sharing account information, coordinated betting, or any form of teamwork in player-versus-player games;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or platform systems for financial gain rather than immediately reporting them to customer support;
• Money laundering or using 20jili to transfer funds or conduct financial transactions unrelated to legitimate gaming activity;
• Fraudulent activity including using stolen payment methods, identity theft, chargebacks after receiving services, or providing false documentation;
• Offensive behavior including harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive language directed at other players or 20jili staff;
• Accessing our Services from restricted territories where online gambling is illegal or where we do not hold necessary licenses;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive source code from any 20jili software or games;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, other players' accounts, or any restricted areas of our platform.

8. Responsible Gaming

20jili is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and protecting players from the potential harms of problem gambling. We provide comprehensive responsible gaming tools accessible through your account settings including: deposit limits that allow you to set maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amounts; loss limits that prevent you from losing more than specified amounts within set timeframes; session time limits that remind you when you've been playing for extended periods; cooling-off periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks that temporarily suspend your account; and permanent self-exclusion that closes your account permanently and prevents reopening. We strongly encourage all players to set limits proactively before problems develop.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on 20jili including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, software, games, photographs, videos, and all other materials (collectively, "Content") are owned by or licensed to 20jili and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws including copyright, trademark, and patent laws. The 20jili name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks belonging to the Company. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or sell any Content without our express written permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action and monetary damages.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 20jili, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or personal injury arising from or related to your use of or inability to use our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of 20jili Services shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or PHP 10,000, whichever is lower.

20jili is not responsible for losses caused by factors beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, technical malfunctions, server downtime, network connectivity issues, third-party payment processor failures, software bugs affecting game outcomes (which will be corrected and affected bets voided), or any force majeure events. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose of our Services. You acknowledge that online gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. You accept full responsibility for your gambling activity and agree that 20jili is not liable for any gambling-related losses.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have any complaint, concern, or dispute regarding our Services, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve your complaint within 72 hours. For disputes that cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to our compliance department providing your account details, description of the dispute, supporting evidence, and desired resolution. We will investigate thoroughly and respond within 14 business days with our final decision.

If you remain dissatisfied with our resolution, you may pursue arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration laws. Any legal disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of 20jili Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Services must be instituted exclusively in the appropriate courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

12. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your 20jili account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining account balance. If you do not withdraw funds within 90 days of account closure, we reserve the right to deduct administrative fees from the remaining balance. 20jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, provided false information, or for any other reason that protects the integrity of our platform or other players.

Upon account termination for breach of these terms, any account balance including deposits and winnings may be forfeited and confiscated by 20jili. If your account is closed due to self-exclusion or responsible gaming concerns, any remaining balance will be returned to you after all pending wagering requirements are resolved and verification is completed. Inactive accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be subject to monthly inactivity fees of PHP 100 deducted from the account balance until either the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero.

13. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 20jili regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may assign this Agreement or any rights hereunder without your consent.

All notices, communications, and disclosures required under this Agreement shall be provided to you via email to your registered email address, through in-platform messaging, or by posting notice on our website. You consent to receive electronic communications from us and agree that such electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing. Section headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. This Agreement does not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and 20jili.
